About the Chef

During my first visit to the Botanic Gardens, I was surprised by the rural feel of the restaurant’s enchanting setting, adorned by the lush tropical gardens and teeming wildlife, seamlessly blended into this sophisticated urban landscape. It was this powerful atmosphere that motivated me to conceptualise the menus in this format, aiming to encapsulate and convey the picturesque experience through my culinary voice.
