Named after the river Roya that meanders between France and Italy, Roia brings the spirit of European gastronomy to the heart of Southeast Asia — a Michelin Guide Selected destination for progressive Indian fine dining.

ROIA — WHERE ART MEETS PALATE

Conceptualised by RB Food Group, Roia is a Michelin Guide Selected fine dining restaurant nestled within the E.J.H. Corner House — a beautifully restored colonial black-and-white bungalow dating back to 1910 at Singapore's UNESCO World Heritage Botanic Gardens. The building was once the residence of Professor Edred John Henry Corner, the distinguished Assistant Director of the Botanic Gardens, whose legacy of botanical passion continues to inspire every aspect of our dining experience.

At the helm is Chef-Partner Priyam Chatterjee, the youngest and first chef of Indian heritage to receive the Chevalier de l'Ordre du Mérite Agricole — a prestigious French knighthood conferred in 2019 for outstanding contributions to gastronomy. Trained under the mentorship of Chef Jean-Claude Fugier at the three-Michelin-starred La Maison Troisgros, Chef Priyam brings a rare mastery of classical French technique enriched by his Indian culinary heritage.

A GARDEN DINING EXPERIENCE

Surrounded by lush tropical palms and the tranquil beauty of the Botanic Gardens, Roia offers an intimate setting where nature and gastronomy converge. The Laank-designed interiors feature rattan-backed chairs, dark wood furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows that frame the verdant landscape. Whether seated on The Balcony overlooking the gardens or within the Private Salon accommodating up to 10 guests, every table promises an unforgettable evening.
